We at the Mustang Academy have a vision of imparting quality training to all aspiring youths who want to make defense forces as their career. The Academy boasts a high standard of Armed Forces exams preparation. We impart training for preparation for written exams as well as the SSB interview for officers entry of Army/Navy/Air force in Mustang Academy. We also help in preparation for departmental promotions (from PBOR to Offrs) in Army.
Mustang Academy is founded by Lt Col Pankaj Kumar Singh (Retd). Mustang Academy focuses on educating, training, and inspiring the students to become leaders of character, committed to the values of Duty, Honor, Country and prepared for a career of professional excellence and service to the Nation.
Mustang Defence Academy has expertise on written examinations of NDA,CDS, INET, AFCAT and ACC. We have a team of retired Army officers and civil instructors having expertise in coaching and preparation of Math’s, English and GAT.

Mustang Academy expertise in SSB coaching and personality development with Retired Army officers who have been assessors(IO,Psyche and GTOs) at various SSB boards. Rajyog Military Academy has dedicated staff for physical fitness training comprising of Retd Army officers and ORs qualified in physical fitness training and who have been National level sportsmen.
Interview Training: Interview, personality assessment and personality development oriented towards SSB interview by qualified Interviewing Officer Ex- President , Dy-President having multiple tenure at various SSB Boards
Psyche Evaluation: Psychological Evaluation and Dossier assessment by qualified SSB psychologists. Personality development training based on the 15 OLQs of SSB Board
GTO Training: GTO training on various group tasks and obstacles by qualified SSB GTOs who have served at various SSB Boards
Personality Development Training: Leadership Qualities Development based on the 15 OLQ by means of Group Discussions, Lecturette, Picture Perception and Discussion Tests, dedicated classes for improving spoken English, Sports training focused on improving Stamina and weight reduction

Founder and Mentor
Lt Col Pankaj Kumar Singh is an alumnus of the prestigious National Defense Academy and the Indian Military Academy. He was commissioned in the corps of Electronic and Mechanical Engineers in Dec 2000.
During his training at the National Defense Academy (Khadakwasla) he was awarded the NDA Blue in Sailing for his achievements in Sailing at National Level. After getting commission he was selected as an Olympic Medal Probable in the Army Yachting Node (Mumbai). He is also a keen golfer with a single digit handicap. He has participated in Army Team Championship. He also played golf at national level in Amateur National in Golf. He has extensively flown Paramotors and has done paragliding in the Army Para Motor nodes in Agra and in Para Centre Bangalore. He has done cross country Paramotor Flying and is a Qualified Flight Instructor in Paramotor Flying. He excels in racing and car rallies and was part of the Army Motorsports Team and has participated in various car rallies including Raid-de-Himalaya and Desert Storm.
Mentor and Guide
Lt Col Adwait Gadre is an Alumnus of the prestigious National Defence Academy. The officer has served with his unit 11th Battalion of the Kumaon Regiment with distinction and has been an asset to the Unit. Lt Col Gadre has actively participated with his unit in operation Parakram in year 2002-03, The officer has served 12 years in field, The officer has served twice as an Instructor in a Cat-A establishments and Regimental Centre and has had adequate exposure of training men and leaders of men in combat and tactics. The officer specializes in Infantry tactics and Un-Armed combat. The officer has taken PMR after serving the nation with honor and Distinction for 23 years.
